When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, the subject and content of your message, together with the IP address and date of submission. We do not ask for special categories of data; please do not include them in your message.

• Replying to your enquiry or quote request. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• Protecting the form against abusive submissions, for which the IP address is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods during which legal liabilities may arise. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, the data will be kept for its duration and for the legally required periods.

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email providers access it as data processors.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@iscreenservices.com or to the postal address above.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including encryption of communications over HTTPS.
